Semi-automatic bread slicer – Series OP

The slicer oP has been looked on to open through horizontal cutting a great variety of products: Croissants, Briox, “Doughnuts”, Buns, Rolls, Hamburguer, Bread, etc., leaving the pieces open with both middles completely separatedor «as a book» (partial cut). Provided of 4 regulators, wich it lets adapt to the cutting of very differents sizes. Perfect and instantaneous cut of pieces thanks to a special steel disc. Totally built in stainless steel (AiSi 304). occupies limited space.
